Municipal Planning Commission
The Municipal Planning Commission (MPC) is a Council-appointed Board with its members consisting of two Councillors and five members of the public.  The Town of Didsbury's Development Officers also attend the meetings.

This commission meets at regular monthly meetings to consider development applications that require relaxation or reduction in the requirements of the Town of Didsbury Land Use Bylaw. 
PLEASE NOTE: The MPC meeting scheduled for March 13, 2019 has been CANCELLED.

Meetings are currently held at 4:30 on the second and fourth Wednesday of every month, or as necessary to fulfill the MPC’s duties. Applications presented at the meetings are either approved, with or without conditions or refused. Authority to make decisions is granted by the Municipal Planning Commission Bylaw and the Land Use Bylaw.

New Development Permits applications will be posted here following the Municipal Planning Commission meetings. Applications approved by the Development Authority will also be available here for viewing.
