It is time for Spring Cleaning!
As the weather turns warmer, Didsburians look forward to cleaning up their yards and homes, and the Town is happy to dedicate a week to helping with that clean up, starting with a Community Garage Sale, followed by a Community Clean-Up Week.
Community Garage Sale
Weekend of May 30, 2026
*Deadline to register your sale: May 27, 2026 at Noon.

There is (selling) power in numbers, which is why a dedicated weekend for garage sales throughout the town is such a great idea! Get ready for the ultimate garage sale experience...host your Garage Sale on the weekend of May 30, 2026 and register your address. We will add it to the community-wide-garage-sale-map and help boost your sales like never before!
To add your sale to the Town-Wide-Sale-Map, stop in at the Didsbury Memorial Complex before May 27, 2026 (at noon) to provide your address and make your $10 +GST payment. If you prefer, you can call 403-335-7369 and pay with your credit card.
Paper copies will be available by May 29 at the Town Office, the Didsbury Municipal Library, and the Didsbury Memorial Complex, and they will be placed on the back of sandwich board signs throughout town on the morning of May 30.
*A reminder that each sale listed on the map sets its own hours/days. The Town of Didsbury has no information about individual sales.
Community Clean-Up Week
*Deadline to purchase landfill or appliance tickets: May 29, 2026 at Noon.

Landfill Days
June 1 to June 6, 2026
Purchase your tickets for Landfill Days to allow you to take your unwanted household items to the Didsbury landfill for a flat rate of
$10 +GST per load.

Appliance Day
Tuesday, June 2, 2026
If you have appliances that no longer work for you, you can purchase an appliance ticket (one per appliance) and then set your old appliance out on your curb on June 3 for the Town's crews to pick up for you.

Set your unwanted household items curbside for free pick-up by 7 a.m. on Wednesday, June 3. Some restrictions apply.
