Replace bins

Some homes need more than one bin, and you are welcome to order additional Black, Blue or Green Bins.

There is a 'change of service' fee to add bins (or remove them if you decide you no longer need the extra):

Black or Blue Bin Change of Service Fee: $35
Green Bin Change of Service: $15

There is an additional monthly cost for each bin you add as well.

Black $7.50/month
Blue $5/month
Green $2.50/month

Is your bin broken or damaged? Please let us know, and we will send someone out to repair or replace it.

Bins can be damaged while being emptied into the truck, or due to weather and other factors. Please note that we do not replace bins due to wear and tear (e.g. odours, scratches, discolouring etc.) or if the damage is a result of misuse or is intentional.

Please complete the form below to let us know what the damage is, your address and you have the option to upload a photo of the damage as well
Please ensure that the bin is empty (we will send someone out on the Friday following your scheduled pick up, after it has been emptied). You can check your schedule HERE
