Didsbury's Waterline project will see a new waterline installed underneath 21 Avenue to connect the town's existing water network with the new East Reservoir.
Work on the waterline began in March 2026 and will see intersections at 16 Street, 17 Street, 19 Street and 20 Street closed at different times between March and May 2026. Directional drilling will allow crews to run the new pipes under 21 Avenue (including the area near the Jets Ball Diamond, Jets Park, the Skate Park, and in front of the Didsbury Memorial Complex). The waterline will be fed under the CPKC Railway Tracks as well.
