Note: Some Town of Didsbury services may be affected by the Canada Post strike.
• Utility bill payments must be received by the last day of the month. All balances outstanding will receive a 1.5% penalty each month. • October utility bills were mailed on November 6. It is the responsibility of the resident or business to ensure payment is received on time to avoid late penalties; payments made by mail may not reach the Town office by the due date and will be considered late. • You may pay your bill in-person at the Town Office (1606 14 Street), through E-Gov on the Town website, or through your bank. Please note when paying through your financial institution, transactions can take 3-5 business days to reach the Town of Didsbury bank account. • If you have not received the utility bill mailed on November 6, please contact the Town of Didsbury. • If the strike continues past December 10, those people and businesses who are not signed up for e-billing will need to contact the Town for your November bill information.
We encourage everyone to sign up for e-billing on our website (https://www.didsbury.ca/p/sign-up-for-email-billing) or by contacting us at utilities@didsbury.ca or calling 403-335-3391
