WHERE IS DIDSBURY?
The Town of Didsbury is located in Mountain View County in the Province of Alberta, Canada. Use our Local Maps to help you find your way around town!
WHEN IS GARBAGE AND RECYCLING DAY?
The Town of Didsbury has bi-weekly garbage and recycling pick up. In the Spring and Summer months, Green and Black bins are picked up on the same day. Depending upon where you live, it is either on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. If you need to find out your garbage day you may view the schedule below or contact the Town Office at 403-335-2030. Garbage containers are to be placed by the curb by 7:00 am on your scheduled pickup date.

WHAT IS THE POPULATION OF DIDSBURY?

WHEN DOES TOWN COUNCIL MEET?
Regular Town Council meetings are held on the second and fourth Tuesdays of every month beginning at 6:00 pm. The deadline for agenda items is Monday, one week prior to the meeting date no later than 12:00 pm.
Council takes a short break for the month of August, unless a Special Council Meeting is called.
WHEN DID DIDSBURY BECOME A TOWN?
Didsbury was erected as the Village of Didsbury by an Order in Council on December 24, 1901. It became a Town on September 27, 1906.
